Solid quality, worth the price

I ordered the Custom Meal Plan for my two dogs about a month ago, focusing on the Human-Grade Beef Adult Dog Recipe and the Human-Grade Pork Adult Dog Recipe. The ordering process online was straightforward; I just filled out their questionnaire about my dogs' weights and activity levels. Delivery took about 5 business days, and everything arrived frozen solid in a well-insulated box. I had a quick question about portioning the next day, and customer support replied to my email within a few hours, which was nice. The food itself looks and smells really fresh, definitely human-grade as advertised. My dogs transitioned easily, and their coats seem a bit shinier. The only minor thing was the recurring delivery schedule was a little tricky to adjust at first in my account settings, but I figured it out. It's a bit pricier than kibble, but I feel good about what they're eating.

Detailed feedback on my order

I ordered a sample box with the Human-Grade Chicken Adult Cat Recipe and the Turkey Liver Shakeups. The ordering process was pretty straightforward on their website, though I had a little trouble finding the specific cat recipes at first. Delivery took about 5 days to reach me in Arizona, and everything arrived frozen solid, which was a relief. My cat, a picky eater, actually enjoyed both items. The portion size recommendations on the packaging were helpful. I did have a question about storage once it was thawed, and their customer support responded to my email within a few hours. Overall, a solid experience, and I'm considering a full subscription.

Good food, fast ship

Got the Human-Grade Turkey Adult Dog Recipe. Came quick. Dog eats it all. No issues.

Good food, pups liked it

I grabbed a sample box a few weeks back to try for my dogs, mostly the Human-Grade Turkey Adult Dog Recipe. My picky eater actually finished her bowl, which is a big win. It shipped pretty fast, took about 4 days to reach Austin. The packaging was okay, a little defrosted on the edges but still cold. Overall, a good experience, might get a full box next.

Quick order, good product

Ordered the Human-Grade Chicken Adult Cat Recipe. Arrived on time. Cat ate it. Will buy again.

Reliable quality food

This was my fourth time ordering from Raised Right, and they're consistently good. My dog loves the Human-Grade Beef Adult Dog Recipe, and it arrives fresh every time. Their delivery schedule is always spot on, which helps a lot with planning. It's why I keep coming back, even with other options out there. My dog's coat has never looked better, and he has so much energy now.

Pretty good food for my pup

So, I decided to try Raised Right for my dog, got the Human-Grade Turkey Puppy Recipe. It came shipped frozen, which was cool. My puppy seems to dig it, which is the main thing since she's kinda finicky. It's a bit pricier than what I used to buy, but she seems healthier. Overall, a pretty solid choice for dog food.

Decent value, slow delivery

I decided to try the Human-Grade Beef Puppy Recipe for my new dog, especially since they had a first box discount that made it more affordable. The price per serving was pretty good after the discount. However, delivery took nearly 8 days to get to my place in upstate New York, which felt a bit long. Everything arrived intact and still frozen, so no spoilage, but it required some careful planning on my end. It was worth it for the savings, but I hope shipping improves.
